Richard Gere’s Strongheart Manor has been on the market since July of 2013. The Hamptons estate was put up for sale shortly before Gere split from his wife of 11 years, Carey Lowell, with an original asking price of $65 million.
In April, Gere slashed the price to $56 million, and the “Pretty Woman” actor has lowered the price yet again. The twelve-bedroom North Haven property is now listed at $47.5 million.
Located along Actors Colony Road, the Hamptons oasis was built in 1902 and features waterfront views from the 2,000-square-foot main house. The property also has two additional guest homes, an outdoor fireplace pavilion, and a tea house located in the middle of a pond.
