East Hampton - Exclusive advertising rights for the real estate/home builder category at the Town of East Hampton Airport have been secured by local Sotheby's realty agent Bill Williams. The contract will last through April 2012.

"This is an exciting opportunity for Bill and for Sotheby's International Realty, providing a unique and effective way to position our luxury listings in front of the affluent audience who travels through this airport year round," said John Gicking, manager of Sotheby's International Realty's East Hampton brokerage. "Bill's negotiation of this deal shows that he is dedicated to going the extra mile to promote his clients' properties before a highly targeted group of well-qualified buyers."

"We are delighted to add Bill Williams of Sotheby's International Realty as the exclusive real estate advertiser at the Town of East Hampton Airport," said Brian Pussilano, President, Luxury Media Partners, the media company that handles the sales of advertising at the airport. "Bill recognizes the value of the audience at the airport and is leveraging this opportunity to brand his business with one of the most affluent and influential audiences anywhere. Sotheby's International Realty is one of the most respected luxury brands in real estate, and we are happy to have them aboard as our exclusive real estate partner."

Williams has been an associate broker with Sotheby's International Realty in East Hampton since 2005, and is in the top one percent of NRT LLC's 45,000 sales associates
