Saturday evening, the Ann Liguori Foundation held a benefit for the American Cancer Society and 'Healthy Children, Healthy Futures' at Duck Walk Vineyards in Water Mill. The Dinner Dance commenced around 630 p.m., where Ann Liguori herself greeted all of her guests, friends and followers. The food was sponsored by Outback Steakhouse, and an open bar was filled with Duck Walk's very own blends as well as some special cocktails from Outback's menu. There was a Chinese auction filled with an array of fun items, such as a flight lessons gift certificate for Mid-Island Flight School. Along with the silent and live auctions, there was Judith Ripka Jewelry on display. And with a friendly touch, live music was performed by Ann's own brother, Dan Liguori.

People came together this night for a great cause, to raise money and build awareness. There was not one person at the event that did not enjoy supporting ALF in their mission to give back to the not-for-profits who work with cancer prevention and care. As the beautiful sun set over the vineyard, each group of people was smiling and laughing. As for Ann Liguori, she was bouncing from guest to guest, using her thoughtful personality and friendliness to make sure all knew how grateful she was for their company and support.

If you couldn't make it to the event, or want to support their cause, you can visit ALF on www.annliguori.com.
