Sagaponack - Summer in the Hamptons is chock full of fabulous affairs, some more playful family gatherings, others more stately soirees. None this summer was more simply chic than the inaugural Elle 25 event in Sagaponack hosted by
Robbie Myers, Editor-In-Chief of
Elle Magazine, and in partnership with sultry fragrance The One by
Dolce & Gabbana.

Upon arriving at the party guests, including designer
Nicole Miller,
Reed Krakoff and wife
Delphine Krakoff,
Joe Zee, "Inside The Actor's Studio" host
James Lipton with wife
Kedakai Turner,
Fabiola Beracasa, and "
Gossip Girl" star
Kelly Rutherford, strolled up a long gravel drive covered by a plush red carpet surrounded by woods that opened to reveal a multi-level modern home.
A large courtyard served as the cocktail space and conversation central for guests who could mingle in and out of the home experiencing installations depicting the top 25 icons of pop culture - films "The Iron Lady" and "My Week With
Marilyn," TV shows "New Girl" and "Up All Night" and musicians Laura Marling and Yelawolf, to name a few. One private enclave was the screening room where famous film clips played and from the top of which
DJ Coleman kept guests in the party mood.
The kitchen, a gathering area in any home, was a very hot spot where comedienne
Kathy Griffin of
Bravo TV's "My Life On The D-List" indulged at the Momofuku Milk Bar sweets smorgasbord near a display celebrating
The Muppets. The petite Griffin dished that she was staying at friend
Anderson Cooper's home for the weekend and that he was indeed still giggling about
Gerard Depardieu. (Not on the inside of that pop culture reference?
Click here to see Cooper's recent giggles fit).
As guests made their way to the valet their arms were laden with bottles of fragrance, copies of the hefty September issue of
Elle with the gorgeous
Gwyneth Paltrow on the cover, and a sugar rush thanks to cookies and cake truffles from the Milk Bar.
