These are a must-attend events in the Hamptons this weekend and we promise celebrity sightings - like Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon - all over town.

1. Tonight Art Southampton, presented by Art Miami, debuts and runs through Monday. The inaugural event takes place right on the highway in Southampton at the Elks Lodge to getting there is a breeze. Organizers promise unique exhibits never before seen in the Hamptons and a sculpture near the VIP lounge that will leave you breathlessly inspired.

2. Super Saturday 15 is the mother-of-all-yard sales and it takes over the fields at nova's Ark in Bridgehampton. VIP preview shopping starts at noon and the cut-throat shopping really heats up late in the day when prices are slashed. It's all in good fun hosted by Kelly Ripa and Donna Karan to benefit the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund. Tickets are still available and we hear the very heavy VIP Gift Bag is worth every penny.

3. Bridgehampton Polo is back with a class and style not seen for over a decade, not to mention a few Ferraris. This year only 350 VIP's with enjoy the polished surroundings, champagne, and caviar, and front row seats as they watch this high goal game each week. You're sure to spot the very handsome Ralph Lauren Polo model Nachos Figueras there on or off the horse.

4. The Ellen Hermanson Breast Center at Southampton Hospital and Ellen's Well, will literally be "fired up" this year at HEAT at the home of Howard and Gayle Sobel. Geoffrey Zakarian, Iron Chef and owner of the Lamb's Club, David Burke of Townhouse, John Villa of Tao and John DeLoach of Lavo along with Claudia Fleming, award winning pastry chef, formerly of Gramercy Tavern and now owner of North Fork Table & Inn, will host their own tables, all serving their signature creations.

5. New "American Idol" judge Mariah Carey and hubby Nick Cannon of "America's Got Talent" headline the list of A-Listers heading over Russell Simmons' East Hampton estate Saturday night for the annual Art For Life "Living In Color" extravaganza hosted by Soledad O'Brien. With special performances by Anita Baker, the legendary Salt-N-Pepa, and Diggy Simmons and and auction hosted by Star Jones you can be sure people will be talking about this event for years!

6. Theater, art, fashion, and society collide at the Watermill Center under the direction of Robert Wilson. The theme of this years' summer gala is "The Big Bang" and the dress code is POP. Does that sound a little vague to you? Needless to say the art lovers that attend will find inspiration in the suggestion and they'll be a colorful crowd dancing under the stars after the live auction.
