Life@Nite: Hot In The Hamptons Memorial Day Weekend

Southampton - This weekend is the official kick-off of the Hamptons summer season. Whether you want to hit the hottest Hamptons clubs or relax while enjoying live music here what's going in the Hamptons Memorial Day Weekend.

On Friday 75 Main (75 Main Street, Southampton, www.75main.com) will host the Millennium Magazine Summer Kick-Off Party with music from NYC X96.3FM's DJ kazzanova. On Saturday, Ace Alvarez and DJ Oscar L will spin and on Sunday DJ Biggie and DJ Lee Kalt.

SL East (44 Three Mile Harbor Road, East Hampton , www.emmgroupinc.com) celebrates their reopening with DJ Dalton on Saturday night and Project X star and international DJ Jesse Marco featuring his newly debuted first single Daddy Cool on Sunday.

South Pointe (125 Tuckahoe Lane, Southampton, www.southpointeny.com) opens with a string of International DJ's. On Saturday Chris Lake on Saturday, May 26. DJ's in the world, Alesso, on Sunday, May 27.

Georgica (108 Wainscott Stone Road, Wainscott, www.georgicarestaurant.com) kicks-off Memorial Day weekend with the Chainsmokers with Ryan Skolnick on Friday and DJ Phresh on Saturday. On Sunday, Georgica is hosting Jessica White's 3rd Annual Angel Wings Foundation Dinner raising money for the Angel Wing Foundation benefitting Somaly Mam. Blue & Cream is sponsoring the after party which features a performance by Jared Evan and DJ Rossone.

Drop by East Hampton Point (295 Three Mile Harbor Rd, East Hampton, www.easthamptonpoint.com) on Friday for special Diplomatico Rum cocktails for sunset and the soothing sounds of the Julia Bluestone Quartet from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Memorial Weekend on Sunday they will be kicking off the popular Reggae Night series at East Hampton Point! Always a great time! Free Show 6 p.m to 9 p.m.

Live music party on the beach! Dan Bailey Tribe will feature a solid 4-piece core of young and hungry talent! They have a new drummer, Carolina Fuentes from Chile! You may know her as the lead guitarist and singer of the popular Latin band Mr. No Shame, but she also kills it on drums and is the perfect addition to our new Tribe! Check them out at East Hampton Point on Sunday.

Drink specials at the Montauket (88 Firestone Rd, Montauk)! Two-for-one Diplomatico Rum punch will be offered and live classic rock from the 3Bs will begin at 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 26.

Stephen Talkhouse (161 Main Street, Amagansett, www.stephentalkhouse.com) hosts Devon Blades and the Joe Van Asco Band at 7 p.m., later Booga Sugar takes the stage at 10 p.m. on Friday. Diplomatico Rum cocktail specials will be served Saturday night starting at 10 p.m. while local favorite, Nancy Atlas Project, performs. Estee Maria goes on Saturday at 8:30 p.m. Special DIPLOMÁTICO Rum cocktails will also be available Sunday night starting at 6 p.m. with more reggae from Winston Irie at Stephen Talkhouse at 10 p.m.

South Edison (17 S. Edison St., Montauk, 631-668-4200, www.southedison.com), Montauk's quintessential summer seafood spot, kick starts summer over the Memorial Day weekend with dinner Wednesday through Sunday nights, special happy hours and live music.

On Saturday, May 26 and Sunday, May 27, South Edison hosts Happy Hour from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. featuring $3 Blue Point drafts and $1 Blue Point oysters from the raw bar, as well as expanded Happy Hour menus and welcomes musicians Los Cintron for performances each night beginning at 10:30 p.m. Los Cintron, comprised of brothers Rafael and Cristobal Cintron, presents a mix of flamenco, Latin and world music, often playing music of the renowned Gipsy Kings. They have performed at venues around the globe including New York's Lincoln Center with the Metropolitan Opera and Washington D.C.'s Kennedy Center.

The Backyard Restaurant at Solé East Resort (90 Second House Road, Montauk, NY, 11954, 631-668-2105, www.soleeast.com) celebrates Memorial Day with weekend music, lunch, Sunday brunch, and dinner Thursday through Sunday. On Friday, May 25, Montauk favorites Jettykoon perform live 8 p.m. On Saturday, May 26,
relax poolside with DJ music from 1p.m. to 6 p.m. Finally, on Sunday, May 27, chill with Jazz and Bosso Nova Brunch with music by Ludmilla and Marcello then relax poolside with DJ music from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Bedell Cellars (36225 Main Road, Cutchogue, NY) and Corey Creek Vineyards (45470 Main Road/Rt.25, Southold, NY) will have live local music from Michael Duca (May 26 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.) and Eddie Ayala (May 27 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.) and gourmet food from Saturday, May 26 to Tuesday, May 29.
