Savor the end of summer with Southampton Arts Center (SAC) during SAC’s annual SummerFest on Thursday, August 31.
Celebrating SAC’s 5th season, the fête will take place from 6 to 10 p.m. and feature a wide selection of dishes from a beloved group of restaurants and chefs from across the East End.
This year’s SummerFest will honor Simone Levinson with the Champion of the Arts Award. Levinson and her husband are part of the original Founders Circle and she has served as a founding board co-chair for the past seven years.
“It is because of the creativity and unrelenting dedication of individuals like Simone that Southampton Arts Center is thriving today for all of us to enjoy,” J. Whitney Stevens, Board Co-Chair, explained.
The Culinary Arts Festival will feature bites from Boa Thai Asian Fusion, Catena’s Market, Clamman Seafood Market, EMP Summer House, Golden Pear Café, Juice Press, Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet, Kozu, Le Charlot, Little Red, Oreya, Paul’s Italian Restaurant, Red Bar, Saaz, Sant Ambroeus, Seasons of Southampton, Topping Rose House, Tutto Il Giorno, and Union Cantina.
Additionally, the evening will also highlight About Face: Contemporary Portraiture, an exhibition presented by the New York Academy of Art, as well as music by DJ Karin Ward.
Tickets to SummerFest start at $500.
