Manorville - Suffolk County Legislator Ed Romaine and the Suffolk County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals honored Ian Himmelstein this week.

Ian, a Manorville eight-year-old, recently made a donation to the SPCA. Last year, Ian battled Leukemia and was once bitten by a neighbor's dog, but remains undeterred in his efforts to help animals.
