Claudio's restaurant, a Greeport staple, is celebrating their 150th anniversary this year. This summer they have partnered with a boat delivery service, RideShore, to bring the restaurant's classic cuisine to boaters anchored at Pipes Cove.
"Summer out East has always been all about boating, and this year even more so," Tora Matsuoka, Partner of Seasoned Hospitality, noted.
This service will begin June 4 from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. and be available every day except Wednesdays. Customers can expect Claudio's signature culinary and beverage options through curated menus and boat-friendly packaging. Orders can be placed online at
www.rideshore.com/claudios or on Claudio's website with two hours advanced notice and a $300 delivery minimum.
"Being able to offer boaters a menu of Claudio's favorites in both food and drinks in partnership with RideShore is incredible," Matsuoka added. "Especially to Pipes Cove, the best spot in the area for anchoring, swimming, water sports and sunsets."
The menu includes Claudio's classics such as the Famous Baked Clams, Seafood Platters with shrimp, clams, oysters, and lobster accompanied by lemons, cocktail sauce and mignonette, platters of Mini Lobster Roll Sliders, Snow Crab Legs, and Whole Steamed Lobsters with butter, lemon, corn, potato salad and coleslaw. Beverage packages include a selection of buckets of canned beers, bottled frozen cocktails that serve two such as Ultimate Mudslide, Strawberry Margarita, Watermelon Daiquiri and Claudio's Colada. Waterfront cocktails such as
Dockside Lemonade and Berry Tequila Cooler are available in bottles that serve four; hard seltzers, canned cocktails and wines are also available. Each order will be delivered with boat-friendly packaging and coolers.
If you don't have a boat, RideShore offers private charters from locations all over the Hamptons and North Fork! Reserve your charter at
