The third annual Great Clovis Point
Chili Cookoff will feature the most professional East End chefs to date. Bringing the heat this year is Tom Schaudel
of A Lure
and Be-Ju; Lia Fallon
of The Riverhead Project
; Christopher Augusta of The Harvest
Inn; Erik Brown of Erik's Breakfast & Lunch; and Noah Schwartz
. They will be joined by eight skilled home chefs to contend for the title of best recipe. Net proceeds of the fiery event will benefit Group for the East End
Entry to the cookoff is $25, which includes a taste of each competitor's chili, a ballot, and a glass of Clovis Point Merlot for attendees over 21.
The home cook champion will leave with a six-pack of Clovis Point wines.
