North Fork Community Theatre's 60th anniversary season will continue with Next to Normal

, takes a look at how one seemingly "normal" suburban household deals with crisis and mental illness. While from the outside this family appears ordinary, when you scratch beyond the surface their lives are anything but. The family's matriarch struggles with bipolar disorder, which is getting worse, and the play explores the impact that her illness has on her loved ones.

Next to Normal
will run Friday, January 19 through Sunday, February 4, with performances at 8 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and 2:30 p.m. on Sundays. Additionally, the Friday, January 26 show will support Response Crisis Center - with proceeds of a raffle and certain refreshment stand items benefiting the Suffolk County-based volunteer crisis hotline that offers support, counseling, referral assistance.
Tickets are $25 and student rush tickets may be available for $20 ten minutes before curtain time.
