The 8th Annual Winterfest Live on the Vine is returning to the East End to present 128 concerts at more than 25 spectacular venues located on the scenic North Fork. Presented by Suffolk County National Bank, the six-week mid-winter music and performing arts festival is debuting on Friday, February 20th at 7 p.m., with Vinny St. Marten & Seeing Eye Dogs at Hotel Indigo East End (1830 West Main Street, Riverhead). The concert series will feature performances on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays through Sunday, March 29th.

Jim Faith, Producer of Winterfest - Live On The Vine, told us to expect "inspired music in a creative environment!"

More than 50 emerging artists and headliners will take part in the series, which will be held in Vineyard tasting rooms, boutique hotels, craft breweries and historic theatres on Long Island. Whether you prefer jazz, rock, bluegrass, classical, or a mix, performances feature a variety of musical stylings. Highlights include Paul Simon's bassist Bakithi Kumalo, the iconic Roomful of Blues, jazz trombonist and Downbeat Magazine award-winner Ray Anderson, jazz guitarist Stanley Jordan, rockers the Smithereens and 10,000 Maniacs, and Amy Helm.

Admission prices vary, and are dependent upon show and venue.
