"These weeks are everything to me," says fitness expert
Tracy Anderson about the newest addition to her Water Mill studio, ViTAlity Weeks. "I love connecting with my DVD audience and studio members or women that just want to try my method even if they haven't been inspired to exercise in years."
This summer, the fitness guru, who created the
Tracy Anderson Method, is unveiling Tracy Anderson Method ViTAlity Weeks, two rare opportunities for one-on-one training. During the program, students will work directly with Anderson as well as members of her senior team to acquire the knowledge, support, and tools to accomplish and maintain a "physical metamorphosis.
The two-hour daily workouts give Anderson a unique chance to spend quality time with each participant, so she can fully understand how they move. "We have had so many amazing clients in the Hamptons over the years that it's almost like a reunion to see them come back" says Anderson. "I'm excited to hear their transformation stories and see what changes they've made in their lives."
The ViTAlity Week will also include informative lectures, and Q&A sessions, where attendees will learn how to continue the process at home.
Tracy Anderson Method ViTAlity Weeks will take place during the weeks of June 23, and August 4. The studio will also offer group classes throughout the week all summer.
Tracy Anderson's Hamptons Studio is located at 903 Montauk Highway in Water Mill. To sign up, visit tracyandersonmethod.com.

Yikes! And run! I took a class she "lead" at her Watermill studio. She didn't say one word to the class FOR THE ENTIRE session. It was so weird. You'd get the same workout jogging in place for an hour motivating yourself. Maybe she shows more skill when she works out with celeb friends (although Kourtney K. was in the class). If you are a wanna be, go here. Otherwise a walk on the beautiful beaches here would be better!
