French marinière brand Armor Lux is visiting
Gurney's in celebration of the Armor Lux 80th capsule collection.
Armor Lux, which is known for its authentic French maritime pieces - including the classic French marinière, Breton sweater, wool peacoat, and the Breton striped slippers - was founded in 1938 in Quimper, France, in the heart of Brittany. Today, the brand - which is one of the largest vertically integrated textile manufactures in France - still produces its high quality knits in it's own factories in the town that it was founded in.
"The Gurney's x Armor Lux partnership is a unique and powerful opportunity to showcase the spirit of adventure and commitment to excellence our brands share with each other," noted Armor Lux CEO Jean-Guy Le Floch. "To bring our 80th Anniversary Collection to life Gurney's has created a special pop-up beachside cabana featuring our limited edition Breton stripe marinières."
Armor Lux will be available at Gurney's Resorts in Montauk and Newport through the end of September.
Gurney's Montauk Yacht Club & Resort is located at 32 Star Island Road in Montauk and Gurney's Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa
is located at 290 Old Montauk Highway in Montauk. For more information about Armor Lux, visit www.armorlux.com.
