After an exhausting day at work or after sitting in traffic on the LIE during the Hampton Jitney trip out to the Hamptons, what if you could come home to a carefully curated refrigerator filled with all the essentials? NYC restaurateur and wedding planner, Lexi Stolz, founded South Fork & Spoon, a new weekend preparation and food concierge service in the Hamptons that deliver gourmet, farm-to-table food, drinks baskets, and other goodies right to your front door each weekend.

"The goal is to provide an authentic Hamptons experience for weekenders," said Stolz. "I think that a lot of reason that people weekend in the Hamptons isn't that it's just beautiful. There's a whole feeling that goes with it."

Pick from a variety of packages including Ready-To-Grill Dinner Baskets to DIY Cocktail Party Baskets to Beach Picnic Baskets to Baby Sitter Baskets, all of which are delivered directly to your home. If you enjoy spending time in the kitchen, but hate the hassle of braving the supermarket on a Saturday, they have you covered. Create a customized shopping list, and South Fork & Spoon will pick them up for you from an array of local vendors like the The Seafood Shop, Caviniola's Cheese Shop, Sag Harbor Florist, Pike Farms, Loaves & Fishes, Round Swamp Farm, and Pierre's. One of the most popular requests for the season has been Wolffer's Rose, which sells out every August.

"I just want to provide what we consider as an authentic Hamptons experience, like lobster rolls, Wölffer wine, and the Sag Harbor Florist," noted Stolz. "There are so many business's out there that I support on a day-to-day basis that I want to make a part of my business."

South Fork & Spoon also offers Weekend Home Preparation, featuring services like setting the table, turning on AC/heat, chilling the wine, picking up toiletries, and putting fresh flowers around the house to make it perfect for when you arrive.

While not shopping at her favorite Hamptons' stores, Stolz and her wife, "America's Next Top Model" alum Kim Stolz, like to relax with a glass of wine at Wölffer Wine Stand in Sagaponack. The couple also enjoy taking in the scenic views during a stroll at the LongHouse Reserve in East Hampton, and stopping by a local farm stand for some fresh produce.

"I think we are just really excited to improve peoples' weekends," said Stolz. "I think it's so important that people take the time to themselves and time for their families to unwind and enjoy the weekend with love ones especially after this horrific winter we have had."

So this summer, let South Fork & Spoon help make your weekend in the Hamptons stress free with one of their curated baskets.
