If you’ve already got two weekends worth of Fourth of July festivities planned, but want to fit in a workout in between the fun, join DanceBody during its Hamptons launch.
“Every summer we make our way from NYC to The Hamptons to keep our clients feeling good!” noted Katia Pryce, Founder of DanceBody. “It’s a great way to avoid the classic, end of summer ‘I haven’t worked out in weeks’ slump.”
The dance-inspired fitness company will offer classes at the Bridgehampton Community House (starting June 29) and at Dancehampton in East Hampton (starting June 30).
Led by dancer-turned-instructors, DanceBody classgoers can expect to “move their body in new ways and work muscles you didn’t know existed.” The workout pairs dance-inspired cardio with toning, accompanied by motivating music.
“This season, DanceBody will have ongoing classes in East Hampton and Bridgehampton in addition to our Private and Semi-Private Sessions,” added Pryce.
In-home and private parties (for groups of five or more) will also be available.
Additionally, DanceBody will be featured on a special weekend in August with WellthCollective at Gurneys, and present a few Saturday classes at The Breakers in Montauk throughout the summer.
The DanceBody Hamptons pop ups will be open through Sunday, September 2.
Bridgehampton Community House is located at 2368 Montauk Highway, 2nd Floor in Bridgehampton and Dancehampton is located at 15 Lumber Lane East Hampton. For more information, visit dancebody.com.
