Those looking to keep in tip-top condition this summer will definitely want to check out Equinox x Hamptons, which will make its debut over Memorial Day weekend.
“We are thrilled to open Equinox’s first-ever Hamptons space, located in the heart of Bridgehampton,” Equinox x Hamptons General Manager Darnell Serrette said. “With so many Equinox members residing out east, the addition of Equinox x Hamptons further delivers on our promise to provide a luxury lifestyle experience to our members – wherever they are.”
Equinox x Hamptons will present its beloved signature group fitness classes, led by top Equinox instructors. Workouts will include MetCon3 (“tax all three of your energy systems to guarantee results—leaving you hungry for more and more”), Tabata (“no jumping necessary in this low impact yet high-intensity class, which will test your strength and push you to become stronger”), Stacked (“hit the body with a healthy dose of training incorporating short intervals with strategic recovery periods, done ladder-style. Targeted movement patterns that are stacked together for an intense, challenging workout”), a wide array of Yoga classes, Barre (“realize the dream of the dancer’s body. Raise ballet to the next level as you combine precise techniques with athletic intensity for a total body workout”), and Pilates Mat (“dramatically transform the way your body feels and performs. Flowing through a series of exercises rooted in the original work of Joseph Pilates you’ll increase strength and improve flexibility”).
The intimate outdoor group fitness classes are open to 15 to 20 participants per session.
The newest boutique location will also boast access to top of the line equipment, as well as a strength floor, cardio floor, outdoor strength area, personal training, and more.
The Bridgehampton Equinox outpost will officially open its doors on Friday, May 28.
