The Tracy Anderson Water Mill studio will present an array of signature classes “al fresco” this summer. The plein-air studio will debut on Friday, July 17 and remain open through Monday, September 7.
The outdoor space will include the studio’s signature Super-G Cardio Floors, mirrors, and shades to block the sun. As for music, class-goers will be given wireless headphones, which they will keep, so they can listen to the motivating tunes at their preferred volume. Classes will be limited to 15 participants – socially distanced, of course.
The daily offerings will include 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. – FundamenTAl + 30 minutes caTAlyst cardio ($4,050 daily mat or $75 member drop-in), 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. – atTAin Definition + 30 minutes caTApult cardio ($4,860 daily mat or $90 member drop-in), 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – FundamenTAl + 30 minutes caTAlyst cardio ($4,050 daily mat or $75 member drop-in), and 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. – multiTAsk ($2,970 daily mat or $55 member drop-in).
