's Table Talk series of engaging lectures on a variety of topics from how to make the perfect toast to how to 'pause' and 'be present' is back with all new subjects. Led by local experts, the first session of 2015 will cover Mindfulness and the Mind-Body Connection with Mary Howard
on Sunday January 18th at 11 a.m.
Held in The Boots Lamb Education, the discussion will focus on how to step back and appreciate every moment. While the world around you can often be filled with distractions and over-stimulation, Howard will share how being mindful of what's happening around effects your mind-body connection. She will teach attendees how to experience 'the pause' and learn to live in the moment as well as learn how to attend to what's happening inside of you during each arriving moment.
The Boots Lamb Education Center at Guild Hall is located at 158 Main Street in East Hampton. For more information, call 631-324-0806 or visit www.guildhall.org.
