A week-long celebration of health and wellness will encompass the Hamptons from July 13, 2014, through July 20 with boutique fitness, holistic healing, spa services, pampering, prevention, water sports galore and various other events and activities. Hamptons Wellness Week brings together East End communities to participate in a seasons worth of wellness for one week at an affordable and one-time fee of $45 per person.
Hamptons Wellness Week was founded by Kiley Sabatino, of One Healthy Hamptons, and Anastasia Gavalas, of the Wing it Project, and was first held this past January. The first Hamptons Wellness Week focused on health and fitness and the second, held in May, showcased 35 different spa, salon and wellness providers. The upcoming wellness week is anticipated to be bigger than ever, as it will reach participants from Westhampton to Montauk.
Participants will be benefited with great deals and an invitation to celebrate the success of the week at a “Wellness Wing Ding” hosted by Old Stove Pub. A percentage of the proceeds will also go the Wind it Project to fund educational opportunities across the globe.
“We feel so good about what we do in all aspects of this endeavor by helping to promote wellness while raising awareness for the local community, businesses, and providers. It’s incredibly exciting to launch our third Hamptons Wellness Week this summer, and expose new people to our work,” founders Kiley and Anastasia said.
The Old Stove Pub is located on State Route 27 in Sagaponack. For more information on the event, visit www.hamptonswellnessweek.com.
