Planning an evening in? Here are some cocktail ideas to add to date night.
Disaronno Pink Velvet:
• 2 oz. Disaronno Velvet
• .5 oz. Disaronno Originale
• 1 oz. Red Bitter
• Pinch of Sea Salt
Directions: Stir all ingredients over cubed ice.
Corralejo Re'al Love:
• 1.5 oz. Corralejo Reposado
• .75 oz. Coconut Cream
• 1 oz. Lime Juice
• 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
• Lime Round,
for garnish
• Pineapple Leaf,
for garnish
Directions: Combine ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.Garnish with a lime round and pineapple leaf.
Mionetto Italian 75:
• 2 oz Mionetto Prestige Prosecco DOC Organic
• 1 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 2 dashes Elderflower Liqueur
• Lemon Wheel,
for garnish
• Mint,
for garnish
Directions: Pour all ingredients into a large white wine glass filled with ice, and give it a gentle stir. Garnish with a lemon wheel and sprig of mint.
Margarita Amore:
• 1.5 oz. Patrón Reposado
• .5 oz. Patrón Citrónge Orange
• 1 oz. Apple Juice
• .5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
• .5 oz. Valentina-Passion Fruit Syrup*
• Fresh Chili Pepper,
for garnish
Directions: Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake to chill. Strain into a chilled margarita glass. Garnish with a small chili pepper.
(*Valentina-passion fruit syrup: Combine two parts passion fruit syrup to one part Valentina hot sauce and stir to combine. Store refrigerated.)
The Belvedere Herbal Soda:
• 1.5 oz. Belvedere Vodka
• 5 oz. Soda Water
• 3-4 dashes Peychaud Bitters
• Lemon Zest,
for garnish
Directions: Build in highball glass over cube ice, garnish with a lemon zest.
Chambord Royale:
• .33 oz. Chambord Liqueur
• Sparkling Wine of choice
• 1 Raspberry,
for garnish
Directions: Pour Chambord into flute glass, top with sparkling wine, finish with a raspberry garnish.
