 • 1 1/2 parts Grey Goose La Vanille
 • 1 part Single Origin Espresso
 • 3/4 parts premium Coffee Liqueur
 • Fleur de Sel (Optional)
 • Vanilla Bean, for garnish

Directions: Add all ingredients together in a shaker and shake vigorously. Strain and serve in a chilled martini glass. Optional garnish of vanilla bean resting on the rim.

Mimosa Du Terroir Recipe:

 • 1 1/4 cup of Apple Juice
 • 5 oz. Blueberry & Maple RISE
 • 5 oz. Sparkling Wine or Prosecco
 • 2 oz. Apple Cider
 • 1 tbsp Elderberries
 • 8 frozen Blueberries

Directions: To create this fizzy fall cocktail, extract the juice from apples with a juicer (if using fresh apples). Combine apple juice, cider, and Blueberry & Maple RISE in a glass and stir. Distribute liquid evenly in glasses. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with frozen blueberries. Bonus: Use frozen blueberries as ice — they won't water down your drink.
