The Easter Bunny will soon be hopping into the Hamptons, leaving little ones with ornate baskets filled with sweet treats. After they've excitedly searched your yard on
the quest for pretty pastel Easter eggs, mix up one of these five Easter inspired cocktails.
1.
Lavender Honey Bee:
• 1.5 oz. Azzurre Gin
• .75 oz. fresh Lemon Juice
• .5 oz. Lavender Syrup*
• Top Club Soda
• Lemon Wedge and Lavender Sprig for garnish
Directions: Squeeze lemon into a rocks glass to release juice and oils. Add lavender syrup and Azzurre gin. Stir and fill with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon wedge and lavender sprig.
(Note:To make lavender syrup, simmer 50:50 water and honey with a lavender sprig for 5 minute. Refrigerate for up to 3 days.)

• 1.5 oz. Appleton Estate V/X Jamaica Rum
• 1 oz. Pineapple Gum
• .75 oz. Lime Juice
• 1 tsp Becherovka
Directions: Combine all ingredients into a Boston Shaker or shaker of your choice, add ice and shake. Double strain into a cocktail shell to serve up or in a bucket with ice.

Clos Dew Drop Cocktail:
• 4 oz.
Clos du Bois California Chardonnay
• 2 oz. Gin
• 2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
• 1 to 2 oz. of Simple Syrup (depending on preference of sweetness)
Directions: Shake all ingredients with ice and serve in in vintage tea cups.

Panache's Lavender Wódka 75:
• 3 oz. Lavender Syrup
(see below)
• 4 oz.
Wodka Vodka
• Squeeze of Lemon, to taste
• 3 oz. Champagne
Directions: Mix lavender syrup, Wodka Vodka, and a squeeze of lemon together and stir. Top off with champagne.

Lavender simple syrup:
• About 10 fresh Lavender Flowers
• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 1/2 cup Water
Directions: In a small saucepan, bring the ingredients for the lavender syrup to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes or until the sugar dissolves. Stir as needed to keep the sugar from sticking to the bottom of the pan. Transfer to a glass jar and let chill in the fridge. Strain out the lavender after 45 minutes and continue to let it chill.
5.
Peachy Keen Mimosa:
• 1 part
Pinnacle Mimosa Vodka
• 1/2 part
DeKuyper Peachtree Schnapps Liqueur
• 1/2 part Peach Puree
Directions: Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a glass with fresh ice. Garnish with fruit.
