It's finally here. No doubt you're as excited for the official start to summer as we are, so here are five cocktail ideas to enjoy while relaxing during Memorial Day weekend.

• 2 oz. Barr Hill Gin
• 3/4 oz. American Fruits Sour Cherry Cordial
• 1/2 oz. fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
• 1/4 oz. Delaware Phoenix Meadow of Love
Absinthe
Directions: Shake harder than you've ever shaken a drink. Strain into martini glass. Sit back and relax.

America the BLU-TIFUL: Raise a glass to salute the start of summer.
• 1 oz.
Sobieski Cytron Vodka
• 1 oz. Blue Curacao
• 1/2 oz. fresh Lime Juice
• 1/4 oz. Cranberry Juice
• Olives for garnish
• Granulated Sugar for rim

Directions: Fill cocktail shaker with ice, add liquid ingredients and shake. Strain into a sugar-rimmed martini glass. Garnish with olives and serve.

2 GINGERS and a Mary Ann: While lounging by the pool you deserve a tropical cocktail.

• 1.25 parts 2 GINGERS Irish Whiskey
• Splash of Pineapple Juice
• Splash of Cherry Juice
• .75 part Simple Syrup
Directions: Serve in a collins over ice and top with lemon-lime soda. Garnish with an orange wedge and maraschino cherry.

Patriot's Plata: This refreshing drink will balance out the spicy heat of your Memorial Day weekend BBQ.
• 1.5 parts
Hornitos Plata Tequila
• 3/4 part Lime Juice
• 3/4 part Pineapple Juice
• 1/4 part Agave
• Pinch of Cilantro leaves
Directions: Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass.
