With the holiday season upon us here are some delicious drinks to celebrate Thanksgiving and the holidays in the Hamptons.
1. Pumpkin Pie Martini:
It would not be Thanksgiving without some pumpkin pie.
• 3 oz. Vanilla Vodka
• 3 oz. Crème de cacao liqueur
• 1-1/2 oz. Seasonal Coffee-mate
Sugar Free Pumpkin Spice
• 1 Graham cracker, crushed (optional)
Place graham cracker crumbs in a shallow plate. Lightly rub a small amount of honey around rim of glasses. Invert glasses into crumbs (gently twist so that crumbs coat rims). Fill a cocktail shaker half way with ice. Add vodka, crème de cacao and Coffee-mate and shake well. Strain mixture into prepared glasses.

2. Vanilla Caramel Mochaccino:
This drink is perfect for those looking for an extra jolt of caffeine for while doing the dishes after Thanksgiving dinner.
• 1 Can Illy Issimo
• ½ oz. Caramel sauce
• 1 oz. Vanilla infused Vodka
Fill cocktail shaker half with ice. Add vodka, caramel sauce and half can of illy issimo mochaccino. Shake vigorously and pour into martini glass straining the ice.
3. Crave Luscious Mint Russian:
This cocktail is ideal for peppermint lovers.
• 1 part JDK & Sons
Crave Chocolate Mint Liqueur
• 1 part Effen
• Splash of Milk
Build ingredients over ice in an old fashioned glass. Add a splash of milk to make it even more luscious.
4. Orange Spiced Cider:
Cider is a holiday favorite, so here is a twist on the traditional created by James Labe
• 1 Numi
Orange Spice Tea Bag
• 8 oz. Apple Cider
• 2 oz. Ron Abuelo
Heat cider until very hot. Steep 1 Tea Bag directly in Cider for 5 minutes, covered. Uncover, add Rum and stir. Garnish with Cinnamon Stick.
5. Kilbeggan Autumn Breeze:
• 2 parts Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey
• 1⁄2 part DeKuyper
Mixologist Series Ginger Liqueur
• 1 part Fresh Apple Juice
• 1 part Fresh Lemon Sour
• Red and Orange Sugar Mix for garnish
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a sugar rimmed cocktail glass.

6. Herradura Apple-Cran Toddy:
A hot toddy is perfect for sitting by the fire while enjoying the company of family.
• 4 Cups Apple cider
• 1 Cup Cranberry juice cocktail
• 1 Medium sized Cinnamon stick
• 4 oz. Herradura Reposado
• 1.5 oz. Triple sec
Heat the apple cider, cranberry juice and cinnamon stick in a sauce pan just until boiling point. Remove from heat and add Herradura and triple sec. Pour into heat resistant mugs and garnish with orange peel.
7. Chocolate Rouge:
This drink is so good you can skip dessert.
• 1 oz. Frangelico
• ¾ oz. Dark Rum
• 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
• 1 oz. Cascal
Ripe Rouge Natural Soft Drink
Add all ingredients, except the Cascal Ripe Rouge to a mixing glass with ice and shake hard. Strain into a Cocktail glass and top off with Cascal. Garnish with a twist of orange. Can also be served in a rocks glass over ice.

8. Sparkling Ginger Hard Apple Cider:
: This Betty Crocker
recipe is great if you are entertaining this holiday season.
• 1/2 Cup Bourbon or Brandy
• 3/4 Cup Ginger flavored liqueur
• 1/4 Cup clear Orange flavored liqueur
• 1/2 Cup pure Maple syrup
• Several dashes Aromatic bitters
• 4 bottles (12 oz. each) Hard apple cider, chilled
• Red apple slices
In pitcher or punch bowl, mix bourbon, liqueurs, maple syrup and bitters. Slowly add hard cider. Carefully add ice. Garnish with apple slices.
9. 121 Autumn Spice:
In New York City
for Thanksgiving stop by 121 Fulton Street
for this festive drink.
• 3 Springs Thyme
• 1 Tablespoon of Brown sugar
• 2 oz. Bulleit Bourbon
• 1/2 oz. Lemon juice
• 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
• 2 Dashes of Bitters
Muddle 3 springs thyme and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar. Shake and strain into a martini glass with a cinnamon and sugar rim. Garnish with sprig of thyme.
10. Cruzan Pilgrim Punch:
Another great option for those entertaining this holiday season.
• 1/2 bottle Cruzan 9 Spiced Rum
• 1/2 bottle Cruzan Aged Dark Rum
• 1/2 can Cranberry sauce
• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 2 bottles Sparkling Apple Cider
Combine rums, cranberry sauce and sugar in a bowl and stir until well combined. Refrigerate for 1 hour. When ready to serve, add sparkling apple cider, drop in apple slices to garnish. Serve over ice in punch glass, making sure to scoop out an apple slice with each drink.
