Manhattan hotspot Kissaki has opened a Hamptons outpost.
“I’m extremely excited to bring Kissaki, our style of Omakase Sushi and Kaiseki that honors Japanese tradition, to the Hamptons this summer,” Kissaki Owner, Garry Kanfer, relayed.
Currently, the Water Mill location is offering delivery, and is expected to start offering onsite dining on Tuesday, June 30. The East End eatery will feature the restaurant’s signature premium omakase boxes, specialty rolls and additional tasty options created by Executive Chef Mark Garcia.
“We will be offering our amazing menu for takeout and delivery to start,” Kanfer noted. “Then we will add outside seating on our amazing courtyard by the end of June. The Kissaki team is ready to take our new clientele on a culinary expedition like no other.”
Kissaki’s menu will include Premium Omakase Boxes available in several sizes: Primi ($35), Midi ($64), Maxi ($108) and Luxe ($140), as well as Futomaki (Fat Rolled Sushi), Nigiri, Maki and more. To end the meal, Kissaki’s delicate chiffon layer cakes will be available in a myriad of flavors, including Black Tea Boba to Black Sesame Yuzu and more. There will also be a variety of premium offerings – such as Kissaki Black Caviar 125g ($125), Ouyou Suisan Uni Gift Box ($225) and more.
In compliance with New York State’s recommended guidelines, staff will don PPE, tables will be set six feet apart, and Kissaki’s duo of robots, a Maki Maker and Nigiri making robot, will be utilized for delivery and take out orders.
After the success of Kissaki’s inaugural downtown location, the eatery opened a second Manhattan outpost in Midtown East at Nerai this past May. Kissaki Water Mill, which was formerly occupied by Mirko’s, marks Kissaki’s third location.
Kissaki is located at 670 Montauk Highway in Water Mill. For more information, visit explorekissaki.com.
