Award-winning Mexican restaurant, Union Cantina
, is expanding with the addition of a Union Burger Bar, which opens on Thursday, January 17. The restaurant extension will be located within the contemporary Mexican restaurant, offering an assortment of specialty gourmet burgers, fresh hand-cut fries, maniacal milkshakes and desserts, and an elaborate craft beer and small batch bourbon selection.
The Southampton-based eatery is owned by restaurateur Ian Duke
with the assistance of award-winning Executive Chef Scott Kampf.

Union Cantina has excitingly undergone recent renovations and the Burger Bar will be the largest improvement in the past year. The Burger Bar menu will be rich in variety and flavor. The restaurant is well-regarded for their fresh Colorado Beef burgers that also are hormone, anti-antibiotic and additive free. The burger bar is dedicated to environmental sustainability.
Residents and East End visitors have the opportunity to enjoy Union Cantina, situated in the heart of Southampton, year-round. The restaurant also offers live music and entertainment daily.
