Nearly 30 Hamptons And North Fork Eateries Participating In Fall Long Island Restaurant Week

The beloved tri-annual and award-winning Long Island Restaurant Week's autumn 2018 campaign will launch on Sunday, November 4 - offering eight delicious evenings of exciting dining options.

"It is expected that the campaign this fall will garner more than 160 participants," explained Steve Haweeli, President of Long Island Restaurant & Marketing Hospitality Group - the business-to-consumer promotions division of WordHampton Public Relations who spearheads Long Island Restaurant Week. "With more than 2.8 million residents and 1,000 restaurants with varied cuisines, concepts and price points, it is no wonder why we started the highly anticipated Long Island Restaurant Week."

On the East End, you'll be able to find a three-course prix fixe for $29.95 at nearly 30 eateries.

In the Hamptons, the dining deal will be available at 1 North Steakhouse, Centro Trattoria & Bar, Cowfish, and RUMBA Inspired Island Cuisine & Rum Bar in Hampton Bays; Claude's Restaurant, Le Charlot, and Shippys Pumpernickels Restaurant East in Southampton; Elaia Estiatorio and Jean Georges at Topping Rose House in Bridgehampton; Baron's Cove, Lulu Kitchen and Bar, Page at 63 Main, and Wolffer Kitchen Sag Harbor in Sag Harbor; The 1770 House and The Clubhouse in East Hampton; and Wolffer Kitchen in Amagansett.

"Restaurant Week is always a very busy week at The 1770 House," noted The 1770 House General Manager Carol Covell. "We see new customers who welcome the occasion to try our delicious food and friendly service. We see loyal guests who welcome another reason to return and make it a night out with friends."

The $29.95 special will be offered through Sunday, November 11 all night, every night the participating restaurants are open, with the exception of Saturday when the menu may only be offered until 7 p.m.

"Restaurant Week is a chance to attract new customers and show them who we are and what we do," Chef Philippe Corbet of Lulu Kitchen explained. "It's a fantastic deal for the community, so let's do it right."

"Like our a la cart restaurant menu, our Long Island Restaurant Week menu offers guests a selection of seasonal, hearty autumn dishes created from locally sourced ingredients for an authentic East End dining experience," shared Baron's Cove Executive Chef Jay Lippin. "Menu items include Long Island duck confit & winter squash risotto, chicken with garlic-yukon gold mashed potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts, pumpkin aroncini with spaghetti squash and a roasted heirlooom tomato sauce, Long Island clam chowder, pumpkin brulee pie, and other fall favorites."

On the North Fork, participating eateries include Jamesport Manor Inn in Jamesport; aMano in Mattituck; Legends in New Suffolk; and American Beech Restaurant and Noah's in Greenport.

Other Long Island Restaurant Week East End spots will include Stone Creek Inn in East Quogue; Bistro 72, Stonewalls At The Woods, LLC, and The Sound Bistro in Riverhead; Cooperage Inn in Baiting Hollow; and La Plage Restaurant in Wading River.

Participating restaurants will present a special Long Island Restaurant Week menu that boasts a minimum choice of three appetizers, three entrées and three desserts.
