DOMODOMO, a hand-roll bar located on Houston Street in SoHo, will be popping-up at Montauk's The
Surf Lodge this summer. The restaurant, which has been recognized by the Michelin Guide, uses the best nori, premium rice, and fresh seafood for "an eating experience that is truly unique and special," said Chef Brian Kim, who is a Culinary Institute of America graduate with over 10 years of experience, including time at
Nobu and
Four Seasons Hotel Dallas, Blue Fin in Philadelphia, and Manhattan's Brushstroke.
Diners can expect hand-rolls that include blue crab, tuna, and lobster, among other selections that will be prepared at a specially designed station in the restaurant. The menu will be consistently updated as Chef Kim experiments with new combinations from the local area. Chef Kim is committed to quality and only serves the freshest seafood as well as specially harvested seaweed, housemade sauces, and signature warm rice.
The Surf Lodge, who is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, is ecstatic to be joining forces with the highly acclaimed Manhattan-based restaurant.

Loved to see the ideas for hanging garland on the doors. I also work in this field and manage events for different festivals. You should visit my site and see the different event management techniques. Thanks
