Guild Hall of East Hampton
will be giving foodies a chance to hear from some of the culinary world best this summer, as they kick off their Stirring the Pot: Dishing with Culinary Celebrities
series. The discussions will take place throughout August, and will feature Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten
on Sunday, August 7th, restaurateur and hospitality expert Danny Meyer
on Sunday, August 14th, and Chef Wolfgang Puck
on Sunday, August 28th. Lectures begin at 11 a.m.
"The culinary series is one of my favorite programs at Guild Hall
, it provides the dedicated foodies of the Hamptons with an experience that they can't get anywhere else locally - the chance to hear an incredible interview, ask questions, and then meet a fabulous food world celebrity afterwards at a book signing," said Guild Hall General Manager, Jennifer Brondo.
All of the guests will be interviewed by Florence Fabricant
, a well-known food writer and regular contributor to the New York Times
Vongerichten, a highly regarded, French born chef, is known for his "constellation of three and four star restaurants worldwide."
