Peconic Land Trust Hosting Conversation Series With Long Island Artisans

“Long Island Grown: Food & Beverage Artisans At Work,” a four part series hosted by the Peconic Land Trust, will showcase pioneering food and beverage artisans from Long Island. The sessions will take place at Bridge Gardens and local Pastry Chef and Writer for the East Hampton Star, Laura Donnelly will moderate.

The conversations start on Sunday, March 2, with Small Bites. The lineup of speakers will include Pete Ludlow of Mecox Bay Dairy, Fred Lee of Sang Lee Farm, and David Falkowski of Open Minded Organics.

Next up is From Vine to Wine on Sunday, March 23, with Christopher Tracy of Channing Daughters Winery, Miguel Martin of Palmer Vineyards, and Kareem Massoud of Paumanok Vineyards.

Hops and Brews on Sunday, April 6, will feature Duffy Griffiths of Crooked Ladder Brewing Company, Rich Stabile of Long Island Spirits, and John Condzella of Condzella’s Farm.

The finale on Sunday, April 27, is Fruits of the Sea with Karen Rivara of Noank Aquaculture Cooperative, Sean Barrett of Dock to Dish CSA, and Joe Tremblay, S.P.A.T. grower.

Tickets are $25 per session or $90 for the full series. Tickets for Bridge Gardens Member are $20 or $70 for the full series. Seating is limited and prepaid reservations are required.
