A weekend of love will engulf Ashawagh Hall

Reilly, MD, of Stony Brook Cardiology and Specialty Care in Southampton, will discuss how a body's heart and mind are connected, the reasoning behind broken heart syndrome, as well as how stress hormones could impact the cardiovascular system.
The Heart of Springs will present the Springs Valentine Day Sing Along: Love Edition at Fellowship Hall (5 Old Stone Highway, East Hampton) on Friday, February 14 at 5 p.m. All are welcome to belt out tunes of the heart from greats like Stevie Wonder

Quogue Wildlife Refuge
