Santa will be making a very special appearance at Bideawee’s Westhampton adoption center on Saturday, November 23.
From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Kris Kringle will be mingling with attendees and taking pictures worthy of this year’s family Christmas card with event-goers. As no family picture is complete without four-legged family members, attendees are welcome to bring their pets for the photo shoot. Pets that partake in the sentimental session will receive a complimentary holiday gift. Additionally, a selection of delicious baked goods will be available for purchase.
“Each year Bideawee hosts a day where we invite folks — and their furry friends — into our Westhampton adoption center for a photo session with Santa,” Leslie Granger, President & CEO of Bideawee, noted.
Since the gathering is taking place at Bideawee’s Westhampton adoption center, there will be several special guests – adorable Bideaweens looking for their forever families – onsite.
“At this ‘unofficial kick off to Christmas,’ we also take the opportunity to introduce those who attend to the wonderful adoptable cats, dogs, puppies and kittens in our care,” Granger shared. Throughout the month of November, Bideawee is waiving adoption fees for senior dogs and cats (7-years-old and older).
There is a $15 suggested donation for the photo session, which will support Bideawee. Photos will be e-mailed to participants by Monday, December 2.
“You never know – your future pet may be waiting for you at this fun holiday event,” Granger added.
