SeptemberFest – “a modern harvest of fun with music, dance, food, history, art and much more” – will return to Southampton Village Friday, September 23rd through Sunday, September 25th. While the weekend long East End Festival provides an array of exciting activities throughout the entire event, Saturday’s jam-packed schedule of entertaining happenings is not to be missed.
Saturday, September 24th:
10 a.m. to 4 p.m. – Fresh produce, baked goods, local artisans and their crafts will be available during a Farmers Market on the grounds of Southampton Arts Center (25 Jobs Lane)
11 a.m. to 4 p.m. – Fun for the Kids will feature face painting, airbrush tattoos, pumpkin decorating and more on the grounds of Southampton Arts Center
11 a.m. to 4 p.m. – Celebrate life in the 19th Century during a Harvest Day Fair with demonstrations and activities for the whole family at Southampton Historical Museum (17 Meeting House Lane)
11 a.m. to 5 p.m. – Stroll through the Village and enjoy live music by Eastbound Freight, Project Vibe, Black Leaf, Island Time Music and more
11 a.m. to 5 p.m. – Stock up on your favorite reads during a Friends of the Library Book Sale on the grounds of Southampton Arts Center
11 a.m. to 6 p.m. – Vendors exhibiting paintings, sculptures, photography and more will be featured in Art Vendors in the Park
11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. – Travel back in time as you take a ride on the Wells Fargo Stagecoach, which departs from Agawam Park
12 p.m. – Jester Jim is back with his crowd-pleasing juggling, beatbox and comedy on the grounds of Southampton Arts Center
12 p.m. – Cast your vote for which chowder is the “Best of the Hamptons” during the Chowder Contest at Agawam Park
12 to 6 p.m. – Come on down to Agawam Park for a day of live concerts with Next Level Band, Charles Certain and Certain Moves and The Lone Sharks during Concerts in the Park
12 to 6 p.m. – Indulge with a wide array of food and drink during “Taste of the East End” at Agawam Park
12 to 7 p.m. – Chas Addams: Family and Friends – a new exhibition featuring an iconic compilation of works by famed New Yorker cartoonist Charles Addams – will be on display at Southampton Arts Center, with an opening reception from 5 to 7 p.m.
1:30 p.m. – Jester Jim is back with his crowd-pleasing juggling, beatbox and comedy on the grounds of Southampton Arts Center
