Parrish Art Museum (279 Montauk Highway, Water Mill) is holding an Open Studio for Families on Saturday, December 26th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Tourgoers can peruse the galleries and then create art during interactive activities. Each month's session showcases different art materials and techniques, which are inspired by the works on view. The tour is free with museum admission. For more information, call 631-283-2118 or visit parrishart.org.

Goat on a Boat at Bay Street Theater (1 Bay Street, Sag Harbor) is presenting "Fairy Circus" on Saturday, December 26th at 11 a.m. Watch along as more than 20 stunning, hand-crafted marionettes grace the stage during the turn-of-the-century-style trick puppetry production. The stars will dance, play instruments, juggle, contort, transform, and fly through the air, as music from beloved composers accompanies the eye-catching show. The performance will kickoff with a puppetry demonstration, and be followed by a Question and Answer session. Admission is $15. For tickets, call 631-725-9500 or visit www.baystreet.org.

Admission is free for members, and $7 for adults, $5 for children (3 to 12-years-old), and free for children 2 and under. Reservations are required. Sunday, December 27th is Waffle Day at The Children's Museum of the East End (376 Bridgehampton/Sag Harbor Turnpike, Bridgehampton). From 10 to 11 a.m., attendees will mix together a batter featuring all natural ingredients and then wait for the breakfast favorite, Belgian waffles, to finish baking. Once they're ready to be eaten, budding bakers can pick their own toppings, such as strawberries, bananas, or homemade whipped cream, and then enjoy their creation. Entry is $7 for members and $20 for non-members (includes admission to the Museum). To reserve a spot in the workshop, call 631-537-8250 or visit www.cmee.org.

Montauk Library (871 Montauk Highway, Montauk) is hosting a double dose of children's movies on Tuesday, December 29th. The screenings start with "Despicable Me 2" at 1:30 p.m., followed by "Minions" at 3 p.m. Admission is free. For more information, call 631-668-3377 or visit www.montauklibrary.org.
