Love will be in the air in the Hamptons on Saturday, January 23rd when several beloved East End chefs join forces at The Muses in Southampton for Love Bites, a benefit for Katy's Courage, a Sag Harbor-based not-for-profit that is dedicated to raising monies to fund local school scholarships, pediatric cancer research and Katy's Kids @ CMEE, and The Scarlett Fund, who supports Pediatric Cancer Research. From 6:30 to 10 p.m., partygoers will feel the adoration around them as they dive into a plethora of festive dishes that are packed with passion.

"We are thrilled and honored to be a part of Love Bites 2016," said Jim Stewart of Katy's Courage. "We would like to thank everyone involved in making the event come to life and thank you Chefs for preparing a selection of wonderful and tasty creations."

Chef Joe Realmuto of Honest Management, Chef Chen of Momi Ramen, Sam McClelland of Bell & Anchor, Chef Brent Newsome, Endless Summer Catering, 230 Elm, Art of Eating, The Meeting House, Arthur Wolf of Smokin' Wolf, Harvest On Fort Pond, Backbar Grille, Lobster Grille, Dina's Delights, Matt Ketchum of Ketchum SeaFarm, Silver Spoon Specialties, Tully's Seafood Market & Café, Hampton Coffee Company, Edible Encores, Erica's Rugelach & Baking Company, Golden Pear, Chef Joe Cipro, and Saaz Indian Restaurant are among participating chefs and East End eateries.

Along with showcasing the local culinary scene, the evening will also pay tribute to Stephen Long, President of Children's Museum of the East End (CMEE); Nina Landi, a Sag Harbor Elementary School Teacher; and Dr. Diane Reidy-Lagunes, Co-Director of the Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Program at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

"I'm incredibly grateful that CMEE can play a part in the Love Bites benefit for Katy's Courage later this month," expressed Long. "I'm so impressed with what Brigid Collins and Jim Stewart have accomplished by using the power of play to help children experiencing grief or loss. Witnessing the impact their organization has made not only on kids but on parents, too, has been an incredibly moving experience."

Southampton Village Mayor Mark Epley and his wife Marianne Epley will serve as Honorary Chairs of the event.

"We look forward to seeing friends, making new friends and to a surprise guest speaker," added Stewart.

Tickets begin at $125.

Note: Due to the impending snow storm, Love Bites has been postponed until Saturday, January 30th.
