Liz Curtin, a lifetime resident of Shelter Island, has enjoyed a successful career in financial management and sales and most recently real estate. Rosehip Partners is a natural fit for Liz who loves sales and loves helping people any way she can. Her roots in customer service are deep; she recently retired from JP Morgan Chase where she was a Vice President of the Shelter Island branch earning several awards over a distinguished twenty year career in banking including: Top Performing Sales Manager, Top Performing Branch and Top Performing Manager. She consistently demonstrates a can-do attitude as evidenced by her astonishing start at Rosehip, where she completed over ten transactions in her first month with the firm. She currently sits on the board of the Shelter Island Lions Club.

Lisa Gillooly brings extensive experience selling residential real estate in both New Jersey and New York City. With experience as a senior legislative aide to a state senator and as an advocate for children, Lisa possesses a unique skill set that applies well to bringing together buyers and sellers or renters and landlords. One of Rosehip's original agents, Lisa has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a "nose" for the deal. Her personal philosophy is that every customer should be a customer for life and her commitment to service is what distinguishers her as an agent. Lisa is is a respected member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), and the New Jersey Board of Realtors where she served on the Legislative Action Committee for many years.

Garrett Grzybowski is born, raised and educated in Southampton. His level of local knowledge and multi-generational roots in Southampton Town benefit every one of his clients and customers. Prior to joining Rosehip, Garrett worked as a mortgage originator with Fidelity Mortgage and New York Mortgage, both based in Melville, New York. Earlier he was part of a special project team overseeing origination and closing of mortgages at a large Florida multi-unit apartment conversion project on behalf of First Meridian Mortgage. Garrett holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Delhi University.

Justice Phillips enjoys the art of the deal. His biggest assets are his enthusiasm, negotiating skills, and his ability to identify value for his customers. He graduated from Tulane University in 1995 with a BSM in Finance, and went to work on Wall Street earning his first stripes in Taxable Fixed Income, on the Institutional Sales Desk at Prudential Securities in New York. He then followed his passions to proprietary trading at Broadway Trading, eventually moving on to T3 Capital. Born and raised in Southampton, Justice moved back east in October 2001, and began his real estate finance career working as a Senior Loan Officer for Mortgage IT, and Deustche Bank for seven years before making the switch to real estate salesperson.

Diane Shifman graduated with a BS in Hospitality Administration from the Boston University School of Hospitality Administration. After years of traveling and working in all positions at various hotels, restaurants, and tourist attractions, Diane found the perfect fit for her natural enthusiasm and exemplary customer orientation, Hamptons real estate. She loves meeting and helping people and focuses her practice on listening and attention to detail where her skills are unsurpassed. She also shares her time at local schools working with Special Needs children. She is one of Rosehip's top performing agents, a natural self-starter, and thrives on the entrepreneurial energy of a start up agency.

James Makrianes A twenty-year career in sales and marketing to some of the country's top consumer product advertisers resulted in a natural and successful transition into real estate sales when Jim moved back to East Hampton on a full-time basis in 1998. He started his Hamptons real estate career with Dunemere Associates and joined Rosehip Partners in the Fall of 2010. His sense of design and experience in home construction has allowed Jim to advise buyers and sellers alike on the best possible solutions for their home improvement needs in order to get the most out of their sale or purchase. This construction experience has also been valuable in offering expert and up-to-the-minute advice on local building and zoning codes.

Jim has three children in East Hampton schools, coaches and supports their various athletic endeavors and enjoys playing every manner of sport with them. Sailing and golf are his primary recreational interests.
