New Menu Items at The Springs Tavern

The Springs Tavern has added new seasonal dishes to summer their menu. The menu, crafted by Executive Chef Sean Rafferty focuses on local and seasonal ingredients. Menu items include:

Bruschetta $14
Fresh local diced tomatoes, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, basil and hand-made mozzarella

Classic Lobster Roll $25
Tender chucks of lobster meat served with a hint of mayo, celery and onion on a hot dog bun with
coleslaw and French fries

BBQ Combo Plate $22
BBQ chicken (leg and thigh or breast) BBQ pulled pork, house made baked beans, coleslaw and
house made corn bread
