Whatever we do in our daily lives, whether get up early for work, get the children off to school, or just enjoying retirement; how we move, walk, cook, sleep and even get out of bed, all make a difference between ease of movement and pain in movement. Gail Pudaloff, an exercise therapist with over 40 years of experience, will explain and demonstrate ways to correct and ease your daily movement. Participants will leave feeling lighter, more balanced, and relaxed!
