St. Luke’s East End Chefs’ Program

The East End Chefs’ Program, a monthly dinner hosted by St. Luke’s Episcopal Church to support local scholarships, has invited the owners of Sam’s Restaurant, an East Hampton institution, to prepare a delicious repast for lovers of Italian food. On June 21 at 6:30 PM, Graham and Martha Quinn will offer diners a classic Caesar salad, followed by Sam’s legendary meat lasagna. With room left for dessert, partakers of the meal will then be served the restaurant’s scrumptious Tartufo.
