Four Seasons Caterer To Host A Wine Maker’s Dinner Featuring Chef Palmer’s Culinary Creations And Wines By Duck Walk Vineyard

On Thursday, November 12 at 7 p.m., the chef will again hold forth for a Wine Maker’s Dinner featuring Chef Palmer’s culinary creations and wines by Duck Walk Vineyard. The dinner menu is as follows – First Course: Asian Snapper over Shio Kurage Salad with Pea Shoots; an Intermezzo; Second Course: Butternut Squash and Crab Soup served in a Baby Pumpkin; Entrée: Seared Duck with Bing Cherry Sauce served with Acorn Squash and Chestnut Puree; a salad of Fennel, Frisee and Escarole with Red Wine Vinaigrette; and Dessert: Spiced Pumpkin Waffle topped with Cinnamon Ice Cream and Caramelized Pears, $50 per person, reservations required.
