Four Seasons Caterer To Host Irrestible Thanksgiving Dinner

`Tis the season to be thankful – and whether your Thanksgiving Dinner will be a tête à turkey for two, a substantial gathering of the clan, or a modest-sized group in between, you can count your blessings this year without a measuring cup. Four Seasons Caterer Southampton, the most acclaimed full-service catering service on the North Shore, is offering several tempting dining options for Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 26), one of which is sure to be just the thing for you and yours.

First, you can turn off the lights in your spotless kitchen and dine-in at Four Seasons Caterer, located in the renovated 19th century farmhouse on Prospect Street (formerly the John Duck Restaurant). The dining room, complete with a roaring fireplace and authentic period details, is a perfect setting for this time-honored family festivity – and, as with any Thanksgiving feast, those yummy left-overs will be packed up for you to take home. There will be three dinner seatings: 12 noon, 2:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. Or, if you prefer, you can dress up your own dining room, then either pick-up or have delivered a complete Four Seasons Caterer Thanksgiving Dinner so seemingly homemade that no one will be the wiser (unless you care to generously share your holiday catering secret).

There are two Four Seasons Thanksgiving menus, both of which are available with standard or Glatt Kosher preparation.*

The first menu is a pre-fixe traditional family-style delight for $35.95 per adult and $19.95 per child under 8 (for groups of 6 or more). Dinner includes soup (Manhattan clam or the soup du jour); a whole roasted turkey with stuffing, gravy and homemade cranberry sauce; candied yams; mashed potatoes; steamed broccoli and cauliflower; and creamed onions. Choices of assorted coffees and teas will be available, along with choices of homemade apple crumb or pumpkin pies, or ice cream. A bottle of house wine (for six) or a pitcher of soda (for four) is included. There is a separate charge for one of a selection of appetizers, including shrimp cocktail, oysters or clams on the half-shell, or a Fall salad. Don’t worry about missing that late night turkey sandwich, groups whp pre-order their turkeys to dine in Four Seasons Caterer lovely dining room can take home all their leftovers – turkey included.

The second menu is a pre fixe $27.95 per adult for parties of any number (and the same $19.95 for kids under eight).
