Long Island Film Festival At Bay Street Theatre

Established in 1984, the Long Island Film Festival is the first annual Island-wide competitive film festival of its kind to stage public screenings and champion the creative, visionary and storytelling talents of both professional and student filmmakers. This year's theme is "East End to LA to Ireland" and travels from Sag Harbor to LA to Dublin, Ireland, at 4 p.m. Program Start Time - $12 per ticket for the entire combined day and evening programs. Purchasers can view one film, or stay for all screenings and presentations. Tickets available the day of the show at Bay Street Theatre, through the Long Island Film Festival box-office table in the theatre lobby. No credit cards accepted. Cash or check. Tickets can be purchased starting at 2 p.m.
Films include short animations, documentaries, and short films, plus one feature film. Local Directors include Bernard Corrigan, a psychotherapist from Sag Harbor, and Alexa Barrett, a Ross School student with three award winning short films.
