Sexy, voyeuristic at times, and filled with tension, Director Stephen Padilla's 'Kisses, Chloe' enjoyed its world premiere at the 18th Annual Hamptons International Film Festival. We sat down with the Director and two of the films stars, Mikal Evans and Robin Singer to talk about the film and its famous backdrop - The Hamptons. Nicole B. Brewer hosts.
