New York City - The 92nd Street Y announced that
Jordan Roth, President of Jujamcyn Theaters, is embarking on a multi-evening conversation series at the 92nd Street Y called "Broadway Talks." Each evening will feature an illuminating one-on-one discussion between Roth and a current Broadway star. The inaugural guests include
Nathan Lane ("The Addams Family"),
Liev Schreiber ("A View from the Bridge"),
Laura Linney ("Time Stands Still") and
Sean Hayes ("Promises, Promises").
"Broadway is such a major force in New York City's cultural landscape and we are thrilled to have Jordan Roth headline this series of conversations on our stage," said
Susan Engel, Lectures Director at the 92nd Street Y, the cultural and community center known for its wide-ranging talks and dialogues with the world's most important artists, thinkers and leaders. "Jordan Roth is the perfect person for this series because of his passion and insightfulness. He truly represents 'the new Broadway.'"
