Bay Street Theater and Sag Harbor Center of the Arts will entertain guests over Columbus weekend with modern performances, remarkable musicians and casual cocktails. Kicking off the holiday weekend of arts, is Judy Carmichael and her show, I Love Being Here With You.
On Friday, October 10th at 8 p.m., Carmichael will celebrate her first all-vocal CD with her quartet, featuring songs by Peggy Lee, Irving Berlin
and other Great American Songbook performers.

According to the Jazz Times, "Judy Carmichael exhibits a truly remarkable ability to channel Peggy Lee's breathy invitingness and her befogged insouciance. [She also] echoes the intense perspicacity of the solo albums of Annie Ross. She willingly blends two of the all-time finest, most intuitive jazz singers."
The fun will continue on Saturday, October 11th at 8 p.m. with Judy Gold's 25 Questions for a Jewish Mother.
Gold, a two-time Emmy
award-winning comedian and actress, produced the monologue after traveling and interviewing Jewish mothers across the nation. "We've been kicked out of every country from the beginning of time, so of course we always need to know where the children are," Gold said.

-winner and a "leading lady" of the American musical theatre," will usher in the finale on Sunday, October 12th at 8 p.m. with her new show, The Lyricist.
The performance celebrates the best of Broadway songs and the American Songbook, especially lyricist Oscar Hammerstein
and contemporary writers Stephen Sondheim
and Mary Chapin Carpenter.
The evening will feature some of Buckley's favorite songs, including songs from her new album, Ghostlight. Buckley, who is described as "the voice of Broadway," will also be accompanied by John McDaniel
on the piano.
Cocktail hours and opportunities to mix and mingle with the presenting artists are also available throughout the weekend for VIP guests and ticket holders.
