International music sensation, “Jekyll & Hyde” debuted its thirteen week limited engagement on Thursday, April 18 at Broadway’s Marquis Theatre. Tony Award nominee and American Idol alum Constantine Maroulis plays the dual title role of Dr. Henry Jekyll and Edward Hyde. His leading lady is played by Grammy-nominated R&B superstar Deborah Cox as Lucy, and the cast includes a number of other notable names like Teal Wicks and Laird Mackintosh.
The new production includes the classics like “This is the Moment”, “A New Life”, and “Someone Like You” which originally grabbed audiences attention and transformed the musical into a four-time Tony Award nominated theatrical phenomenon. “Jeckyll and Hyde” was conceived for the stage by Tony and Grammy Award nominee Frank Wildhorn and Steve Cuden. It also features a book and lyrics by two-time Oscar winner, Emmy winner and four-time Tony Award nominee Leslie Bricusse as well as music by Frank Wildhorn, and direction and choreography by Tony Award nominee Jeff Calhoun.
