Westhampton Beach - The Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center is proud to present Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter-musician, Elvis Costello and The Imposters: The Revolver Tour, featuring the Spectacular Spinning Songbook, on Sunday, July 24 at 8:30 p.m.

This versatile and eclectic British singer-songwriter reunites with The Imposters for an evening of fierce music and clever songwriting that will run the gamut of his legendary career. Known as much for his quirky lyrics full of word plays as for his unique music, instrumentation and vocal style, Costello layers rock, new wave, reggae, and country to create a sound that transcends tradition.

In a career spanning more than 30 years Costello has not only performed with The Attractions, The Imposters and pianist Steve Nieve. He has also entered into acclaimed collaborations with Burt Bacharach, Paul McCartney, guitarist Bill Frisell, composer Roy Nathanson, The Charles Mingus Orchestra, record producer and songwriter T Bone Burnett and Allen Toussaint. In March 2003, Costello was cemented as a musical legend with his induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

For the first time in 25 years, Costello will let his set-list be chosen by "The Spectacular Spinning Songbook," a monumental game-show wheel that features 40 song-titles, including hits, rarities and very unexpected covers. Audience members will be invited onstage where they may spin "The Wheel" and then be offered a chance to enter the "Hostage to Fortune Go-Go Cage," while their selection is performed. Be prepared to "pump it up until you can feel it."

Generously Sponsored by The Kuhn Family, Marjorie and Jimmy, Joey Carly and Jake.
