Cirque Hamptons, started by
Gordon von Broock,
Erik von Broock and
Michael Wudyka, will host Cirque USA: The Electric Cirquit "Electrify Your Imagination" at East Hampton Studio on 77 Industrial Road in Wainscott on Saturday, July 2 and Sunday, July 3 of July 4th weekend. Tickets start at $20 per person.
There will be three shows:
• Saturday, July 2, 9 p.m. (doors open at 7 p.m.)
• Sunday, July 3, 3 p.m. (doors open at 2:30 p.m.)
• Sunday, July 3, 9 p.m. (doors open at 7 p.m.)
The show features Aerial Bartenders, Aerial Chiffon, Electric Dancers, a German Wheel, Spinning Cube, Acrobats, Aerial Performers, Contortionist, Hand Balancers, Power Skips, Hula Hoop, Electric Jugglers, Tramp Wall, Aerial Lira, Trapeze Performers and more. Performances include a DJ, cocktails, and food. Eat, drink and be entertained!
Cirque Hamptons was started to bring fun and creative acts such as Cirque USA: Electric Cirquit to East Hampton Studio.
Brothers Gordon and Erik von Broock have a long list of projects and events they have developed, organized and implemented in such noteworthy places as New York Public Library, Tavern on the Green, Lavo and Studio 54. They own The Southampton Tavern (currently
South Pointe), a spot frequented by such celebrities as
Leonardo DiCaprio,
Robert DeNiro, U2's Larry Mullen, Jr., Matt Dillon,
Jennifer Lopez, and P-Diddy.
Wudyka owns East Hampton Studio and The Enclave Inn chain. East Hampton Studio is the largest indoor space in the Hamptons, hosting concerts, charity events, and TV and movie productions.
