Bridgehampton - In response to a call for an indoor play space for children in the winter months, The Children's Museum of the East End (376 Bridge/Sag Harbor Turnpike, Bridgehampton, 631-537-8250, www.cmee.org) has designed a new exhibit "Get Active!"

Located in the Museum's 1,200 square foot temporary exhibition gallery, "Get Active!" will feature physically-active games appropriate for children ages two through 10.

The installation will include a geodome climbing structure, a netted ball area, basketball hoop, balancing pods, hula hoops, as well as facts about the life-long importance of exercise, wellness and staying fit, with nutrition tips and reminders. The exhibit will be on display through April, Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Fridays from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Call for more information.
